摘要
本文从理论到实践的结合上,阐明信息化是加速实现跨越式发展、带动传统工业新型化的必然选择;进而,提出把信息产业放在优先发展位置,用信息技术改造我省传统产业的对策。
This text combines theory with practice ,clarify information is the necessary choice for accelerating realize the striding development;Consequently,coming up with putting information industry on the basis of precedence development and using information teconology to alter traditional industry of our province.
