摘要
公平与效率之间的抉择是最大的社会抉择,人类社会就是在公平与效率的矛盾与协调关系中前进的。我国现阶段实行“效率优先、兼顾公平”的原则具有合理性。但是,目前我国居民之间的收入差距正在迅速扩大。审视实践可以看出,我们在坚持“效率优先”的同时,在推进“兼顾公平”方面的力度还不够,为此,政府要把大力推进公平作为当前宏观调控的重点。
The choice between fairness and efficiency is the greatest social choice,because the human society has been developing accompanied with the contradiction and coordination of the relation between fairness and efficiency.
