摘要
对卡伯值为17.1的速生桉木硫酸盐浆进行了助剂强化的氧脱木素的研究。在氧脱木素过程中分别加入了三种不同的表面活性剂A1、A2和A3,结果表明这三种助剂都能促进木素的脱除,进一步提高氧脱木素浆的白度,且黏度损失不大。分别对常规氧脱木素浆和助剂A3强化的氧脱木素浆进行了(DQ)P漂白,在达到84%ISO左右白度时,助剂A3强化的氧脱木素浆与常规氧脱木素浆相比消耗的有效氯和过氧化氢的量都要小;打浆抄纸的结果表明:与常规氧脱木素(DQ)P漂白浆相比,虽然助剂A3强化的氧脱木素(DQ)P漂白浆较难打浆,但在相同打浆度下,助剂A3强化的氧脱木素(DQ)P漂白浆具有更高的抗张、撕裂和耐破指数。
