摘要
目的探讨初中阶段农村留守儿童的人格特征及其与应付方式的关系。方法以自编留守儿童一般问卷、艾森克人格问卷(儿童版)和应付方式问卷为测量工具,对372名农村留守儿童进行调查。结果留守儿童人格特征各个维度的平均值处于中间值范围;在内外向因子上出现了年级和类型差异;神经质和精神质可以共同预测退避和合理化等这些不成熟型应付方式的选择。结论尽管人格具有相对稳定的特征,但是也具有可塑性,因而为留守儿童的发展提供有利条件是促进其良好个性发展的重要举措。
