摘要
目的:探索中医辨病辨证相结合治疗痤疮的有效方法。方法:将107例确诊的痤疮患者随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组。中药治疗组采用辨病辨证相结合的方法,运用痤疮饮加减进行治疗,西药对照组采用罗红霉素和西咪替丁治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连用4个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:中药组总有效率91.79%,西医组总有效率72.3%。经统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨病辨证相结合治疗痤疮可以取得较为满意的临床疗效。
