冠心病中医辨证与血清细胞间黏附分子-1的关系研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平变化的意义及与中医证候的关系。方法:对100例冠心病患者中医辨证分为心血瘀阻证组、痰浊内阻证组、非血瘀痰浊证组;22名健康人作为对照组,用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清sICAM-1水平。结果:冠心病中医各证组sICAM-1水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)结论:sICAM-1水平与冠心病中医证候有关联,可作为冠心病中医证候微观辨证的参考指标。
