GCS 3～5分特重型颅脑损伤患者32例的减压手术策略 被引量：1

摘要 目的:总结GCS3～5分特重型颅脑损伤病人的手术经验。方法:对32例GCS3～5分特重型颅脑损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:32例GCS3～5分特重型颅脑伤存活21例(65.6%),其中恢复良好11例,中残6例,重残4例,死亡11例。结论:依次采用术前血肿钻颅引流、脑室外引流、血肿清除大骨瓣减压等综合减压策略,使颅内压逐渐平稳地下降、避免术中继发脑损伤的发生,可显著改善GCS3～5分特重型颅脑伤病人的预后。
