摘要
分析直齿圆柱齿轮浮动凹模冷精锻工艺的特点,在该工艺基础上开发出了直齿圆柱齿轮的CAD/CAPP系统。该系统基于Visual C++系统平台和Pro/ENGINEER WildFire,将齿轮CAD造型和冷精锻工艺CAPP集成于一体,解决了直齿轮齿轮的自动化参数设计与工艺设计的问题。通过Deform-3D模拟齿轮的冷精锻工艺,验证了生成参数的实效性。因此系统生成工艺文件可用于指导实际生产。
