沙苑子黄酮对^(60)Coγ射线损伤作用的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Flavonoids of Astragali Complanali Against Damage Induced by ^(60)Coγ-ray irradiation

摘要 目的研究沙苑子黄酮(FAC)对辐射小鼠的保护作用。方法雌性昆明小鼠随机分为6组进行饲养,其中3个实验组分别给予不同浓度的FAC,阳性对照组给予升白药利血升,辐射对照组和正常对照组给予去离子水,共17 d。饲养第7天,除正常对照组外各组小鼠均接受6 Gy 60Coγ射线一次性全身照射,观察FAC对辐射损害的保护效应及对抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。结果FAC可提高受照射小鼠21 d存活率,延长受辐射小鼠的存活时间;可升高受辐射小鼠外周血中的白细胞、红细胞、血小板和血红蛋白数;可促进辐射小鼠胸腺细胞和脾脏细胞的增殖;可升高超氧化物歧化酶和降低丙二醛的含量。结论FAC对辐射小鼠有保护作用,这与其提高抗氧化能力及增强免疫功能有关。 Objective To study on the radioprotective effect of flavonoids of Astragali Complanali on γ-ray induced injury.Methods Female mice were fed with FAC at different doses for 17 days,positive control were administered with Leucogen Tablets,irradiation and negative control were administered with distilled water only,then all mice except the negative control group were exposed to 6 Gy 60Coγ-ray for whole-body-irradiation at the 7th day,observe the protective effect of FAC against damage of irradiation and its ef...
