芒果细菌性黑斑病生防菌的筛选及防效测定 被引量:12

摘要 对芒果细菌性黑斑病生防菌进行了筛选,共筛选到6个生防菌,初步鉴定均为芽孢杆菌。抑菌圈测定表明:B3的抑菌效果最明显,抑菌圈直径为25.7mm,其次是B2和B4,抑菌圈直径分别为23.7mm、20.0mm;B1、B5和B6的抑菌效果一般,抑菌圈直径在16mm和19.3mm之间。田间试验结果表明:6个生防菌对芒果细菌性黑斑病均具有明显的防治效果,其中B2和B5的防治效果最明显,达75%。其次是B4和B3,防治效果分别为65.9%和52.8%。B1和B6较差,防治效果约为30%。 Six biocontrol bacterial strains screened in this experiment are all Bacillus spp.by preliminary identification.The inhibiting circle method adopted in the experiment indicated that: the control effect of B3 was the best with 25.7mm diameter of the inhibiting circle.The diameter of the inhibiting circle of B2 and B4 were respectively 23.7mm and 20.0mm.The control effect of the other bacterial biocontrol strains was not so obvious whose diameter of the inhibiting circle were between 16mm and 19.3mm.The resul...
