摘要
本文对50%丁醚脲悬浮剂防治小菜蛾室内毒力和田间药效进行了评价,室内毒力结果表明:供试药剂50%丁醚脲悬浮剂对小菜蛾有较高的活性,药后48h,LC50、LC90分别为580.723mg/L、2378.975mg/L。药后72h,LC50、LC90分别为488.163mg/L、1662.417mg/L。田间药效试验结果表明:50%丁醚脲悬浮剂75～100ml/667m2对小菜蛾幼虫表现出优良的防治效果,持效期长,是防治小菜蛾的有效药剂,随着剂量的增加,防治效果明显提高。
The bioactivity and the effect evaluation of 50% diafenthiuron SC against diamond back moth P. xylostella L. were determined in the present paper. The results indicated that the bioactivity of 50% diafenthiuron SC against diamond back moth was good after 48 h treatment,the LC50 and LC90 values were 580.723 mg/L and 2378.975 mg/L,respectively,and,the LC50 and LC90 values after 72 h treatment were 488.163 mg/L and 1662.417 mg/L,respectively.
