摘要
介绍了工程机械中车载通信终端的通信方式设计及其具体实现方法和过程.以51单片机为核心的通信终端可采集模拟量、开关量及GPS信号,并在作相应处理后将上述信息通过短消息的形式发送到车辆用户和监控中心;另外,它还可采用GSM短消息(SMS)和GPRS相结合的方式与监控中心进行通信,既降低了通信成本,又避开了单一GPRS通信方式下,在不同网络间传输数据时存在的防火墙穿越、VPN隧道连接以及固定IP地址申请等问题,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果.
