摘要
基于连续碳酸化分解过程机理和长期积累的专家经验,开发了基于专家规则的连续碳酸化分解过程专家优化系统.采用产生式规则表达知识,将规则分为优化规则和安全监控规则,规则集与规则集之间采用有知识搜索,规则集内部采用前向推理,规则前提和结论之间采用哈希算法的有机结合来实现推理机制.在一个双闭环的控制结构里,采用专家规则实现分解率的优化控制推理,并采用前馈方法对大时滞因素进行控制量补偿.应用结果表明,分解率合格率提高4%,平均分解率为94.2%,起到了优化的目的.
An expert optimal system in the process of continual carbonation decomposition is developed based on the principle knowledge and expert experience.Expert rules of optimization and secure supervision are expressed by production rule.The inference engine is realized by the hybrid of heuristic search among the rule collection,and forward chaining in the interior rule collection and the Hash algorithm between the precondition and the conclusion of the rule.The decomposition ratio is optimally controlled by thes...
