摘要
建设社会主义新农村的目的是为了妥善地解决“三农”问题,而“三农”问题的形成包含着深刻的历史和制度因素,其路径依赖的特征将在一定程度上影响着新农村建设的成效。本文从新制度经济学角度,分析了在“三农”问题上,制度的路径依赖性有可能对新农村建设造成的阻力影响,通过分析四川省苍溪县新农村建设的成功案例,从新制度经济学角度提出新农村建设的出路。
