摘要
目的探索鼻内镜手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎围手术期的护理要点及流程。方法对54例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术治疗并实施规范化护理。结果治疗效果确切,总有效率87.0%。术后发生中鼻甲中隔粘连1例1侧;中鼻甲鼻腔外侧壁粘连1例1侧。无眼眶、颅底等严重并发症。结论深入细致的心理护理、充分的术前准备、正规的术后护理及切实有效的健康教育是患者康复的保证。
