摘要
以重庆市渝北区35个乡镇为研究对象,建立小城镇土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价法诊断城镇土地集约利用水平,按其分值将35个乡镇的城镇土地集约利用水平划分为四个级别,并以ARCGIS9.0为技术平台,分析区内城镇土地集约利用水平的空间格局,结果表明:区内城镇土地集约利用水平的变化趋向在西南——东北方向上为最大,与之相反的方向为变化最平缓的方向;重心位于渝北区西南方;MoranI为0.13,各乡镇土地集约利用趋向聚集,但聚集程度不强。
