摘要
通过测试和分析比较SiO2.Al2O3.CaO.CaF2.P系统玻璃及其经酸处理前后的FTIR光谱,研究经酸处理前后玻璃结构变化。当玻璃组成中不含氟时,酸洗前后,其红外光谱形态几乎无变化,而当其组成中含氟时,最强谱带出现明显的分裂,且相对强度发生明显的改变,在 ̄1086cm-1和 ̄1024cm-1或 ̄996cm-1处谱带的出现和相对强度的改变,表明在玻璃粉表面存在两相,即纯硅酸盐相和铝硅酸盐相,酸洗使玻璃颗粒表面形成不完全的硅凝胶包裹层,表明玻璃组成中含氟时,玻璃结构分相形成易于酸析相和不易酸析相。
The structure of SiO2.Al2O3.CaO.CaF2.P system glass was studied by measuring and analyzing the spectral band of FTIR.After acid-etched,the FTIR spectral had a little change for fluoride-free in the glass composition,while for fluoride-contain glass,the spectral band of Si-O stretching and contracting vibrate at 1006 ̄1024cm-1 separated into 1086cm-1 and 1024cm-1 or 996cm-1,and absorbing strength changed significantly.It indicates that differ reactivity phase existes in the fluoride-contained glass.
