摘要
采用苯胺与乙酸酐反应,微波辐射下直接回流合成了乙酰苯胺。与传统实验方法相比反应条件温和,易控制,反应过程中无毒害物质产生,反应时间短,产品质量和产率高,重复性好,适宜于实验教学,效果良好。
A rapid and simple method was offered of synthesis of acetanilide under microwave irradiation conditions.Experimental results showed that the method was a notable improvement in shorting time,improving yield and saving energy resources.
