摘要
随着现代乒乓球运动技术的发展,时间因素在竞技比赛中起着越来越重要的作用,反应时也因此成为人们所关注的一个问题。在开放性体育项目中,离不开瞬时判断和反应,尤其是需要快速反应的乒乓球这一运动项目,对反应时的研究,显得尤为重要。而准确的瞬时判断和反应,又与若干因素密切相关。为此本文从训练水平、影响因素、速度提高方法3个方面对反应时问题进行了综述。
Time factor in competitions becomes more and more important as the modern table tennis sports technique devel- ops.Therefore,reaction time(RT) has been paid much attention.RT research seems to be especially important in sports events which need fast reaction.The present study reviewed the relationship between RT and skill level,the method of train- ing and sports chorice.
