当代中学女教师身份认同的发展趋向——基于一所国家级重点中学女教师的调查研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过对某所国家重点中学女教师身份认同调查研究,我们发现女教师身份认同感高,有强烈的进取心和责任心。传统女性身份开始消解,以往对女性认识的两大传统思维模式:双重角色、较低的成就动机面临着挑战。女性不再在家务、孩子与事业的冲突与矛盾中顾此失彼,劳顿不堪。她们想的、做的更多的是如何在事业上取得成功,表现出比男教师更强的学习、进修意识、教育教学改革意识。她们累并快乐着。研究强调指出,我们应正视以上的发展变化,我们的基础教育应给广大女教师提供平等的施展抱负的舞台。 A survey conducted on the self-identity of female teachers in a leading high school shows that female teachers share high self-identity,strong ambition as well as responsibilities.With the two traditional ways of thinking pattern——double roles and little motivation for achievements——facing challenges,the traditional female identity begins to dissolve.Female teachers are no longer exhausted,attending to one thing and lose another in the contradiction of housework,children and their work but turn to thinking about ways of achieving success in their career with much stronger sense of studying and teaching innovation than male teachers.They feel tired but happy.The research emphasizes that we should take the changes mentioned above seriously and offers an equal stage for fulfilling their dreams to all female teachers in the field of elementary education.
