摘要
以马来酸酐和甲醇为起始原料合成了富马酸单甲酯。采用元素分析和红外光谱对目标化合物进行了结构表征。通过正交实验得到反应的较佳工艺条件:酯化反应时间2 h,酯化反应温度60℃,异构化反应时间2.5 h,异构化反应温度70℃,结果富马酸单甲酯得率为85.8%。研究了富马酸单甲酯的防霉效果,结果表明富马酸单甲酯能抑制霉菌的生长,延长饲料的储存期。
Monomethyl fumarate was synthesized by maleic anhydride and methanol.The compound was characterized by elementary analysis and infrared spectrum.The optimum process conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments which showed that,the time and temperature of esterification reaction were 2 h and 60℃,respectively,the isomerization reaction time,2.5 h,and the temperature of isomerization reaction,70℃.The yield of monomethyl fumarate was 85.8%.The antimould effect of monomethyl fumarate was investigated.The results showed that monomethyl fumarate could inhibit the growth of mold,and the storage time of feed could be prolonged.
