摘要
为改善A系列梳棉机梳理效果、提高成纱收益,在A186梳棉机上进行了减少活动盖板根数、增加固定盖板根数、增加棉网清洁器的研究,结果显示,在产量不变条件下,改后与改前相比,成纱条干改善1.5%,细节改善5.3%,粗节改善22.8%,棉节改善41%。在产量增加41.3%条件下,改后与改前相比,其成纱质量也能得到一定程度的改善。
In order to improve the carding quality and yam profit of series A carding machine,the number of revolving flat in a A186 carding machine was decreased and that of stationary flat was increased,and a web purifier was attached.The results show that,if the yield is constant,yarn evenness improves by 1.5%,thin places improves by 5.3%,slubs by 22.8% and neps by 41%. If the yield increases 41%,the yam quality will also improve to a certain degree.
