摘要
目的探讨参附注射液对实验性急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)动物模型的影响。方法将健康大耳白兔40只随机分为两组,每组20只,通过静脉注射油酸制造ARDS模型,对照组用生理盐水,实验组用参附注射液,测定两组治疗前、后1.5h动脉血气和血浆内皮素1(ET-1)水平;实验2h后处死所有动物,取肺脏做病理学检查,比较两组动物肺损伤的严重程度。结果实验组的PaO2和SaO2在实验1.5h后明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而血浆ET-1则明显低于对照组(P<0.01);病理学检查表明:实验组动物肺损伤的程度比对照组轻。结论参附注射液对实验性ARDS动物模型具有肺保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on experimental ARDS model.Methods 40 health rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, and accepted intravenous injection of oleic acid to establish ARDS model. The control group was given saline and the experimental group was given Shenfu injection .Artery blood air and plasma ET-1 were measured before the experiment and at the one and half hours after the experiment, and all animals were killed at two hours later.The lungs of the animals were get out for pathological analysis .Results The SaO_2 and PaO_2 of experimental group were significantly higher (P< 0.01), and the ET-1 were significantly lower than that of the control(P< 0.01) at the one and half hours after the experiment. Under the microscope the lung injury of the experimental group is not as severe as the control. Conclusion It is suggested that the Shenfu injection can protect the lung of experimental ARDS model .
