摘要
农业循环经济对我国社会主义新农村环境保护具有重要的意义。阐述了发展农业循环经济对社会主义新农村环境保护的重要作用;分析了农业循环经济的四种模式和发展的四个制约因素;提出了转变思想观念、完善政策法规、加强科技创新、健全中介组织、总结试点经验等加快发展农业循环经济的若干对策与建议。
Agricultural cycle economy is of great significance to the protection of socialist new countryside environment.This article expounds the great impact of developing agricultural cycle economy on protecting the environment of new socialist countryside,explains the four development modules and the four restricting factors of the development of agricultural cycle economy,finally proposes a number of tactics and suggestions to accelerate the agricultural cycle economy.
