B7-H4:a new target for immunoregulation and oncotherapy

摘要 B7-H4又称B7s1或B7x,是B7家族中的最新发现的一个新成员,它能通过抑制T细胞的增殖、细胞因子的产生和细胞周期的进程来负性调控T细胞的免疫应答,同时大量表达B7-H4还可以促进上皮细胞的恶性转化,保护表皮细胞免于失巢凋亡,在肿瘤的发生,进展和转归中发挥重要作用。对B7-H4信号通路的进一步的研究必将为自身免疫性疾病、病毒感染性疾病和器官移植后排斥反应中T细胞介导的免疫应答调控提供了新的途径,同时也为肿瘤的诊断、治疗提供崭新的策略。 B7-H4,also called B7s1 or B7x,the newest member of the B7-CD28 family,is a negative regulator of T cell responses,and can reduce T cell proliferation,inhibit cytokine production,and arrest cell cycle.Overexpression of B7-H4 can promote malignant transformation of epithelial cells,protect epithelial cells from anoikis,and plays an important role in initiation,progression and regression of tumor.Further research on the signaling pathway of B7-H4 provides a promising way to modulate the T cell-mediated immune response in autoimmune disease,virus infectious diseases,and rejection of organ transplantation,also offers a new strategy for diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
