摘要
利用稀土掺杂对TiO2进行改性以实现可见光响应和提高量子效率是提高光催化剂活性的重要方法之一。总结了国内外利用稀土掺杂TiO2催化剂的制备方法及利用稀土掺杂对TiO2进行改性以提高其光催化效率的研究结果,分析了稀土元素种类、掺杂量等因素对光催化活性的影响。
It is an important method modifying titanium oxide by the rare earth doped titanium oxide to enhance it′s visible-response and photo-quantum efficiency.The recent advancements in China and abroad in the preparations of rare earth doped titanium oxide and the results of these photocatalytic reactions were summanrized,and the reasons also were analysed.
