摘要
[目的]了解盐城市沿海地区儿童原发性高血压(高血压)患病情况,估算高血压的遗传度,为高血压早期防治提供依据。[方法]2004年10月随机抽取响水县、滨海县各1所小学,对所有儿童进行高血压普查,将普查中发现的127例6～13岁高血压儿童作为先证组,在同地区小学生中按年龄、性别匹配随机选择131名非高血压儿童作为对照组,获得2组儿童及其1、2级亲属的相关资料,采用Falconer法估算遗传度。[结果]调查儿童1952名,发现高血压患儿127例,高血压患病率为6.51%,标化患病率为6.25%。高血压患病率,男童为6.96%,女童为6.04%(P>0.05);不同年龄男童与女童患病率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1级亲属高血压患病率,先证组为15.47%,对照组为4.61%(P<0.01);2级亲属高血压患病率,先证组为34.80%,对照组为25.82%(P<0.01)。高血压遗传度1级亲属为70.18%,2级亲属为55.21%。[结论]盐城市沿海地区部分儿童高血压患病率较高,高血压遗传度1级亲属高于2级亲属。
[Objective]To learn the prevalence situation of hypertension among children at coastal area in Yancheng,and detect the heritability of hypertension,in order to provide a basis for hypertension control and prevention.[Methods]Two schools was drawn from Xiangshui and Binhai county by random sampling.We measured all the children's blood pressure.127 cases from children aged 6 to 13 years old who had hypertension made up of the case group.131 of the non-hyperpietic children who were randomly sampled by age and sex made up of the control group.Data of the two groups and their first-degree and second-degree relatives was gained by face to face investigation and medical examination.The heritability was inferred by Falconer.[Results]The prevalence rate of hypertension was 6.51%,and standardized rate was 6.25%,and that of male was 6.96%,of female was 6.04%(P>0.05);the prevalence rate of male and female were both rising by the age,but had no significance(P>0.05).Among the first-degree relatives,hypertension prevalence rate of the case group was 15.47%,and that of the control case was 4.61%(P<0.01).Among the second-degree relatives,hypertension prevalence rate of the case group was 34.80%,and that of the control case was 25.82%(P<0.01).The heritability of the first-degree relatives was 70.18%,and that of the second-degree relatives was 55.21%.[Conclusion]Prevalence of hypertension among Children at coastal area in Yancheng was high.The heritability of the first-degree relatives was higher than that of the second-degree relatives.
