One Technical Method to decrease the piping stock from dropping coal

摘要 煤粉含水量高、刮板给煤机的落煤管夹角角度大,造成给煤系统落煤管堵煤,严重时造成给煤输送设备跳闸,影响锅炉的正常运行,通过对落煤管改造、拆除旋转给料阀、加装管壁吹扫风等,有效降低落煤管堵煤次数。 High water-content in fine coal, big angle between coal drop pipings of the clapper coal feeder, result in coal feed system piping block, under serious situation, cause trip of coal feeder transportation equipment, influence the normal operation of boilers, through methods such as alteration of coal dropping piping, dismantle of rotation feeder valve, and add of piping wind blowing, coal piping block could be greatly decreased in numbers.
