摘要
分析高职教育在办学定位、办学导向,校企合作、产教结合,资源整合、互联合作,弹性学制、学分互认,师资培训、实训基地,岗位针对、职业适应,素质教育、通专结合,能力本位、创新发展,双证教育、学历认同,管理体制、统筹发展等方面存在的问题,并提出解决策略。
The article analyzed problems existed in school-running orientation,school-running direction,cooperation between school and enterprise,combination of production with teaching,integration of resources, flexible system,mutual identification of credits,training of teaching staff,dual-certificate education,etc,and put forward solving strategies.
