摘要
本文介绍一种由MOSFET开关管组成的恒流源测试仪,可用于超级电容器、蓄电池及各种功率器件的充放电性能测试。其控制核心采用了MCS-51系列单片机对测试仪输出的电流、电压和温度进行实时监控。从而使其输出电流的范围为±0—5A,精度在1%之内,且具有完善的保护功能。
A CCSC(consent current source)is discussed,which is composed of MOSFET,it can be used to test the performances of supercapacitors,batteries and some power parts.The supervising control system of the CCSC is based on MCS-51 chip computer,it can control the output current,voltage and temperatures of the CCSC timely.
