摘要
针对航空发动机企业采购成本高,供应商快速反应能力低等问题,结合行业特点,构造包含质量、交付能力、价格、运输便利、生产能力,以及密切合作关系等指标的航空发动机企业供应商评价指标体系,依据供应商评定系统优选供应商,最终达到有效控制成本,使管理科学化和信息化。
With the consideration of the specialties and deficiencies in aero-engine industry,the supplier evaluation system is put forward to reduce purchasing cost and increase quickly response capability of supplier.The author combines six quantitative and qualitative evaluation indexes to build up an index system to evaluate the performance of supplier.The six indexes include quality,delivery capability,price,convenient transportation,and production capability and close cooperation relationship.The system can generate optimum suppliers to control cost effectively.
