摘要
应用冶金流程工程学理论,给出了高炉–转炉区段工艺技术界面的定义.基于文献及对国内外各冶金企业流程的调研分析,给出了工艺技术界面模式的种类.从不同界面模式运行时间和能源消耗的角度分析了高炉-转炉区段工艺技术界面模式的优劣,表明高炉–转炉区段工艺技术界面模式向更有利于缩短时间、减小能耗和环境负荷的方向发展.
With the metallurgy engineering theory,the definition of techno-interface in the blast furnace(BF) and basic oxygen furnace(BOF) region was given.Based on the investigation of all kinds of metallurgical enterprises home and abroad during different times,the modes of the techno-interface were induced.The evolvement of the mode and energy consumption was analyzed according to the merits and demerits on time schedule and energy consumption of different modes,and it would evolve to the mode of shortened time schedule,smaller energy consumption and lower environmental load.
