摘要
通过结合X3D和JAVA程序语言,构建出一个具有人机交互效果的虚拟制造可视化管理系统。系统的特点是可以在三维场景上直接进行产品信息管理操作,同时系统会将修改信息自动存入数据库中,系统刷新时会自动重建三维场景。应用实例表明,所提出的系统架构具有交互性、可视化的管理特性,改变了过去单纯通过文字或二维文件进行信息管理的模式,对企业的虚拟化制造有着很好的借鉴作用。
A man-machine interactive virtual manufacturing visualization management system was established through the X3D and JAVA. The system allows users to manage products information in 3D scene and the revised information could be saved to database automatically. The 3D scene would be rebuilt according to the newly database when system is refreshed. An instance has been validated that the system structure has the management traits of interaction and visualization and it changes the traditional mode of information management which used character and 2D document purely and also can be used for reference to the virtual manufacturing.
