摘要
测定辽宁地区不同产地五味子中五味子乙素的含量。采用高效液相色谱法。本实验方法简便、准确、重现性好。
By using the method of high powerful liquid chromatography,the paper has Determined the γ-schisandrin contents within schisandra chinensis gathered from Different Liaoning origins.It shows that this method has the advantages of convenience,accuracy and reproducibility.
