摘要
我国虽然实行最严格的耕地保护制度,但是仍然遏制不了耕地资源的减少．耕地保护应协调地上地下的关系,促进矿业开发;协调发展与保护的关系;通过基本农田保护示范区建设的典型示范作用．和加强对耕地的整理．以建设促保护,切实提高保护质量。
Although a strict arable land protection system was put in practice.China still shrink the cultivated land resources.A proper handling of the relationship between on and under the ground, promoting the development of mining;coordinated development and protection were disussed in the paper.The exemplary role of basic farmland preservation areas,the arrangement of farmland and the construction promotes the protection.
