用合成的癸酰乙酸检测鱼腥草注射液中的杂质 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨鱼腥草注射液中癸酰乙酸。方法采用HPLC进行定性分析。结果建立了癸酰乙酸的合成方法和HPLC定性分析方法。结论鱼腥草注射液中不含癸酰乙酸,排除了癸酰乙酸为鱼腥草注射液中引起不良反应的成分。 OBJECTIVE To study whether there was decanoyl-acetic acid in Houttuynia cordata injection.METHODS An HPLC method was established for identification of decanoyl-acetic acid in Houttuynia cordata injection.RESULTS Decanoyl-acetic acid was synthesized and an HPLC qualitative analysis method was established.CONCLUSION There is not any decanoyl-acetic acid in Houttuynia cordata injection samples.So decanoyl-acetic acid is not the substance in Houttuynia cordata injection that induces allergic reaction.
