摘要
综述了几种通过检测套管的应力来评价套管的运行状况的方法。分析了超声法、磁记忆法、巴克豪森效应法和磁声发射法的优缺点。分析表明,磁记忆法技术比较成熟、操作简单、灵敏度高,最易于实际应用。
Some stress testing methods that may be used in oil casings were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic, magnetic memory, magneto-Barkhausen noise(MBN) and magnetic acoustic emission(MAE) methods were analyzed. It is indicated that magnetic memory method is much mature, easy to operate and it has high sensitivity, so it is the most utility one.
