摘要
立井含水层注浆时,为了能够承受最大注浆压力并防止浆液向工作面漏跑浆现象,必须合理有效地构筑混凝土止浆垫。在现场实践的基础上,研究了多立井多个工作面预注浆止浆垫的设计与施工技术,提出了止浆垫设计的新型受力模型和止浆垫厚度的具体计算公式,完善了立井止浆垫的理论设计参数,研究了大水量情况下滤水层止浆垫的结构与施工技术。现场应用表明,提出的理论计算公式和创新性结构模型对立井预注浆止浆垫的设计与施工,特别是深立井、高水压、大断面条件下的预注浆施工是科学合理的,其理论计算、结构模型、施工方法具有借鉴和推广价值。
