摘要
农民工问题已经引起了全社会的普遍关注。我国的农民工群体还不是严格意义上的利益集团,但至少是一个利益共同群体。农民工应该属于利益受损集团,他们同社会底层集团在利益诉求和社会地位上日渐趋同。城乡二元结构、政策的歧视以及农民工自身的素质成为农民工目前处境低下的主要原因。如何改善农民工的境况、保障其权利,政府还需做出很多努力。
