摘要
为了科学评价冷热电联产系统,本文提出了一种考虑工程多方面属性的综合评价方法—混合灰色关联多层次综合评价法。该方法综合了几种常用评价方法的优点,建立评价冷热电联产系统的综合评判模型,采用层次分析和灰色关联相结合的方法进行数据分析,并用模糊隶属关系将定性指标定量化,从而提高了优选方案的准确性。
To evaluate the combined cooling heating and power system (CCHP), a new comprehensive evaluation method, which takes the multi-attributes of complex systems into consideration, is established in this paper. The new method, which is called mixed grey relation analytical hierarchy comprehensive evaluation process (MG-AHP), synthesizes the merits of some commonly-used evaluation methods to evaluate the CCHP projects. In this method, the data is processed by the method of hierarchical analysis and grey relation. The qualitative indications are transformed to quantitative ones by using fuzzy logic. All the methods used greatly improve the accuracy of CCHP evaluation.
