摘要
从辊间接触总压力保持不变和辊间接触单位宽压力保持不变二方面讨论了轧辊变形随轧件宽度变化的规律,而且在变形计算中是基于辊间接触应力相等的原则进行的。通过对轧辊变形规律的讨论,认为对于设计一套适合于中厚板生产的辊型,有必要引入压力加权系数和板宽加权系数参入设计计算。经实际生产应用表明,按此轧辊变形规律和思想设计出的辊型明显地改善了轧辊磨损和板凸度。
This article discusses the rules of the roll deformation from two aspects: invariable total contact pressure and invariable unit pressure.And its deformation computation is based on principle of the equal inter-rolls contact stress.After discussing the rules of roll deformation,it thought that it is necessary to introduce the pressure weighting coefficient and the width weighting coefficient into the design computation for designing a set roll shape suiting for medium plate production.Its practical application results indicated that,the roll shape designed by the rule and thought improved the roll wear and the plate crown markedly.
