摘要
本文通过大量的统计数据对动漫画产业进行了人才需求分析,并就动漫画专业的职业岗位结构、职业能力结构、实训基地建设、师资队伍建设等几个问题进行了研究。
Base on a great number of statistic data,this paper analyzes talents demands for animation and cartoon industry,and discusses such problems as occupational structure,professional aptitude,fieldwork base construction and teaching staff development in this program.
