摘要
对国内外淀粉衍生物的现状与发展趋势作了分析和阐述,并针对我国存在的问题,在科技投入、产品开发、人才培养、工艺技术、企业培育、应用技术研究及国内外合作等方面提出了一些有益的建议。
The current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign production of starch derivatives are analyzed and explained, and aiming at existing problems, some beneficial suggestions in such respects as science and technology input, product development, personnel training, technology and enterprise fostering, application research and cooperation between home and abroad, etc. are put forward.
