摘要
该文以十八叔胺与环氧氯丙烷为主要原料合成了18-3-18型Gemini阳离子表面活性剂。合成十八烷基失水甘油基二甲基氯化铵(OGDMAC)的最佳条件为:反应温度35℃,将十八叔胺(OTA)滴加入过量环氧氯丙烷 (EPIC)中,物料摩尔比为n(OTA):n(EPIC)=1:5,保温搅拌4 h,收率97.3%。合成18-3-18型Gemini双阳离子表面活性剂的最佳条件为:将OGDMAC 0.05 mol以固体形式加入含0.05 mol十八叔胺盐酸盐(OTAHC)的丙酮溶液中,反应温度40℃,反应时间6 h,收率97.7%。以溴酚蓝为指示剂,氯仿为分散相的两相滴定法对反应产物进行了定量分析,并通过重结晶,得最终纯净产物。中间体及目标产物通过环氧值测定、羟值测定、IR等进行了定性分析。
In this paper, an easy synthesis method of new type of 18-3-18 Gemini cationic surfactant were introduced from n-octadecyldimethylamine ( OTA) and epichlorohydrin ( EPIC). Thus, OTA was dripped into excess EPIC [n(OTA) :n( EPIC)=1:5) at 35℃ and the mixture was stirred for 4 h to give n-octadecylglycidyldimethylammonium chloride(OGDMAC) in 97. 3% yield. Then,0. 05 mol solid OGDMAC was dropped into acetone solution of 0. 05 mol OTA hydrochloride and the whole reacted at 40 ℃ for 6 h to give 18-3-18 Gemini cationic surfactant in 97. 7% yield. Structures of the products were characterized by the methods of IR, epoxide determination and hydroxyl value determination. The content were measured by direct two-phase titration analysis.
