摘要
提出了一种使用正弦调幅激光相位测距方法,它具有快速和高精度的特点,适用于实时高精度测距.实验系统中使用了独立的内、外光接收电路,提高了测量速度,此外对大小角度情况进行判断、处理,并根据测量结果进行了误差修正,提高了测量精度.在0.3~13m内测量,系统测距精度3σ<46.6mm,速率约3次/秒.
A fast and high accurate phase-shift laser range finder method is proposed. The hardware and software are designed with different emission circuit and receiver circuit, which increase measurement speed. The 0° phase angle is processed to improve measurement precision. The precision of the measurement system is good with 3σ<46.6mm and read out rate 3Hz in 0.3~13m measurement.
