摘要 阐述了电荷耦合器件CCD的发展历程,综述了现阶段各国的发展现状,分析展望了CCD器件在未来的发展趋势。 The high quantum efficiency, low noise, and linear response of current CCD (charge coupled device) are attractive characteristics when compared with traditional photon-counting speckle imaging systems. Now, CCD is used widely in so many fields and will become more and more important in the future.
