摘要
为了提高高铬白口铸铁的耐磨性和韧性,对实验用的高铬铸铁材料采用不同的热处理工艺,改变高铬铸铁的组织,即改变碳化物的多少和基本类型,通过对不同的热处理的试样的机械性能进行检测以及对其内部金相显微组织的观测来进行定量和定性分析,得出最佳的淬火和回火工艺温度(淬火1000℃+400℃回火),提高了其机械性能,为其在铸铁领域的应用提供了依据。
In order to improve the wear resistance and toughness of high chromium white cast iron,Different kinds of heat treatments for the experimental materials are adopted to change the structure of the material.That is change the quantity,the fundamental type of the carbide.Based on the measurement of mechanical prosperities and observation of metallographic microstructrue on the different samples quantitative and qualitative analysis of the materials are made.The best hardening and temping technological temperatures are obtained.Their mechanical prop ties are raised,providing basis for its application in the field of cast iron.
