摘要
胰岛素抵抗是多种代谢相关疾病的共同病理生理基础,是冠心病发生发展的危险因素,胰岛素抵抗与脂质代谢紊乱、纤溶活性的变化共同促进冠心病的发生。对胰岛素抵抗的治疗和预防对治疗冠心病具有重要意义。
Iusulin resistance leads to the same change of physiopathalogy in multimetabolic diseases.It is a dangerous factor in the progression of coronary heart disease.The changes of insulin resistance,dyslipidemia and activities of fibrinolytic system bring about dangerous factors of coronary heart disease.The treatment and prevention to insulin resistance are significant for the therapy of coronary heart disease.
