摘要
本文对中国大学生英语请求策略进行研究。结果显示,大学生在请求策略及请求句式上存在一定问题,如:请求策略不符合英语习惯;具体请求句式受汉语习惯影响;请求能力受英语语言水平影响等。
The writer carries out a quantitative study to find out Chinese College students pragmatic ability in adopting proper English request strategies.It reveals that the subjects are not competent enough to offer absolutely appropriate English requests in some situations.The analysis of the data offers some hints that the English request strategies employed by the college students are greatly under the influences of their Chinese requestive strategies and their linguistic competence.
