摘要
目的减轻绝经后妇女取环的痛苦及减少并发症的发生。方法回顾2006年1月至2007年12月尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环78例,观察临床效果。结果用药后78例全部取出,效果满意。结论尼尔雌醇配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环是一种简便易行值得推广的一种方法。
